Callie is a beautiful little girl full of love and lots of affection She came to the SPCA at about 9 months old. Unfortunately our vet clinic has advised us that she has some gum disease and this may necessitate removing a few if not all her teeth. We are working to alleviate this with medication but time will tell. Even if this is the outcome, we have had other cats in our care who have had to have their teeth removed and have had no problems. We will keep you updated on Callie's progress. With teeth or without she will be such a loving little girl for any family .
UPDATE; Callie has had to have most of her teeth removed but has recuperated well. She does have a few teeth left and enjoys gently "nibbling" on your fingers or your hand. She can eat dry kibble with no problems.
